These terms and conditions apply to online courses and information provided by KennedyHQ.<\/p>

Services<\/strong><\/h2>

KennedyHQ offers online course content relating to science fiction, education, and related subjects. The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. KennedyHQ reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion. Courses may be withdrawn at any time.<\/p>

Payment \/ Registration<\/strong><\/h2>

The fee for the Online Course (the \u201cFee\u201d) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party.\u00a0If your Fee is not paid, you will be notified that you will no longer have access to the course.\u00a0Access will be reinstated upon payment of the Fee.\u00a0<\/p>

KennedyHQ reserves the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course start date. KennedyHQ will refund all fees paid by you for the cancelled course. KennedyHQ \u2019s liability when it cancels an Online Course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course.<\/p>

Copyright<\/strong><\/h2>

All materials\u2014including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images, and any other content\u2014appearing via the Online Course and\/or on the Website are protected by copyrights and\/or other proprietary rights belonging to KennedyHQ and\/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the US, UK, NZ, and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.<\/p>

KennedyHQ is not responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on KennedyHQ\u2019s or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and\/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.<\/p>

Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>

Except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, KennedyHQ accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits.<\/p>
